2 years agoFirst of all Chad is a really cool dude. The drinks were amazing and the place had a really intimate and chill feel. The music was great too if you like the older stuff like me. I’m definitely going to go back.

year agoMe, my daughter and my cousin just happened to stop in and get a drink. It was a little different but it was nice. Our server was the best he came by always to check up on us. I will pop in again when I visit Virginia thank you for your nice service.

5 years agoOur server was as a thoughtful absolute gentleman, I've never experienced customer service that was so genuine and wanting to make us happy, he was also our cook!? My guy said his burger one of the best hes ever had, super thick, dude mixed hot sauce into our ketchup and sauteed poblano with this spicy sauce cus we said we were real into spicy foods, Wasnt even on the menu!! Will be returning foreshore

2 years agoIt's my first time in town and I am in love with this cute bar! I visited Saturday night, there was a performance, and the vibe, the drinks, and the interior decoration are worth visiting! Highly recommended

3 months agoYou walk in and the first thing you notice is Bill Murray pointing at you. He wants you to do one thing: drink beer. Decor is top tier. Come for the clowns, stay for the Yuengling and booze.

2 years agoI was here visiting from Colorado and my son told me about this bar. Being a huge Rob Zombie fan, as soon as my son mentioned Captain Spaulding, I had to see this place. I LOVE this bar!! Met the owner briefly, and he was a super nice guy. I told him I was here from Colorado, but he had already figured I was from out of town. Guess walking around the whole place running live videos was a dead giveaway, LOL. Anyway, if you enjoy local bars with good music and great people, make sure to stop here when in Richmond. Even the regulars were awesome. Impressed! RIP Sid Haig

2 years agoMy kind of dive bar. Colorful walls and colorful people. Friendly service and good rock music...I would compare to Lola's Depot in Houston. 🖤🩶💯 I'll definitely be back one day!

year agoWonderland Bar. First of all Yuengling. Secondly this is a bar for all ages. Embrace the weird and stay a while. The proprietor is funny and serves a mean mixed drink. Prices were very good and the atmosphere alone will keep you planted.
